Eleanor & Charlotte is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application, protected by firewalls and encryption.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase and is then deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, which is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council and supported by brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.

By entering your phone number at checkout and subscribing via our form, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding your orders and promotional offers.

A maximum of 30 promotional messages per month may be sent. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. Data is used to analyse campaign performance (clicks, delivery, sales, etc.).

We use smsbump.com as our SMS service provider. The use of third-party tools (such as link shorteners) may require acceptance of their own privacy policies.
